A Brief History About Our Founder
Charles Mwegalawa is the founder of V.A Business Consultants, a business registration and compliance firm based in Dodoma, Tanzania. The company helps both local and international entrepreneurs register businesses, obtain Tax registrations, secure valid licenses, and stay compliant — quickly, affordably, and professionally.
In Charles’s own words:
“My entrepreneurial journey began in 2019 when I set out to register my first business in Tanzania. What I thought would be a straightforward process turned into a frustrating experience. I had no reliable professional guidance, wasted a lot of time and money, and found the entire system confusing and discouraging.
That experience was a wake-up call. I realized that many other aspiring entrepreneurs — especially first-timers — were facing the same roadblocks I did.”
Seeing a clear need, Charles founded V.A Business Consultants in late 2019 to simplify business registration for others.
